Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineers

Welcome to the Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineers (VSHE), a Platinum Level affiliated chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering (ASHE).  It is the mission of VSHE to improve healthcare facilities infrastructure, operations and maintenance through planning, education, cooperation, advocacy, and design innovation.  VSHE works to serve our communities by creating leaders in the field of Healthcare Engineering.  We are committed to providing members relevant and useful resources to address the daily challenges that we face operating in the healthcare facilities, as well as providing a platform for crucial conversations related to creative problem solving, technical competence and organizational adaptability.

VSHE has only been around for a decade but has proven itself as an up and coming group. We organize our conferences and quarterly meetings around quality and timely speakers. This year we plan to expand our web of influence with more educational opportunities and more community outreach and workforce development.
